Pet Policy
Atherton is a pet friendly community that welcomes Dogs & Cats at maximum weight of 60lbs. We allow 2 pets per home. We charge pets up to 35lbs a $300 Pet Deposit & $350 Pet Fee. Pets from 36-60lbs are subject to a $500 Pet Deposit & $500 Pet Fee. All Pets will be charged $25 Monthly Pet Rent.
